Wind is harder today. For the first time since Finnmark we are forced to make detours to avoid rough sea, which is also a testimony to the unusual good weather we have had for a long time. When we round the point outside Bud, the waves are squeezed between two islands and give us vibes of Finnmark in the north. Past the point the wind increases even further and we now have oblique tail wind. Outside a point we spot activity at the surface and stop to fish. The couter current is strong and pushes as backwards in spite of tail winds of 7 m/s. We catch one mackerel and move on.
The system camera remained packed today because of the wind but here are some pictures from the evening.
