The sea is beautiful with small waves from behind. The padding suffers, however, with alternating accelerating surf down the waves followed by the sudden stop between them. We almost miss the head wind. We paddle for a couple iof hours before reaching a beautiful island nearBrunnvaer.
At 00:55Am, Alexander arrives at the little picturesque harbor at Rössly, where Steigen Sea House is located. His paddling today summed up to about 60 km. We are very well received at those working at the camp and get offered beer and fish soup. After a whiskey together with some friendly locals we drop hard in the tent.
We have a lovely day in the sun and take a swim withÅse-Kristin when she has finished work. It is probably around 18 degrees C in the crystal clear water.
Our warmest thanks to Laila, Paul and their staff atSteigen Sjöhus. Tomorrow our paddling will be with new energy.
